The countries that we are unable to ship to are as followed: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK (United Kingdom) Venustars ships all items through DEUTSCHE POST shipping (www.iblogis.kr in South Korea). All items are shipped by our independent shipping contractor in Germany. Items will be shipped out within (2) working days after payment validation. If for any reason, delivery is delayed or postponed, this does not give customers the right to claim compensation. Please note that delivery time for DHL EMS (Express Mail Service) require up to (2) weeks for all countries listed above and both price and delivery time are subject to change, as provided by DHL. In order to ensure successful delivery, the customer should check shipping information and data provided during the order process. If delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the seller will not be held responsible for failure of delivery of the order. We strongly believe in our products and wish satisfaction of purchase upon all of our customers. Due to inevitable, fraudulent activity, Venustars will only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Venustars and in accordance with the following: All items wished to be returned must be returned to the following address: 7732 Cresap Ln, Hanover, MD 21076 Venustars must receive the item within 10 days of receiving the item. Due to the nature of parcel and shipment, we will not accept returns of damaged or opened cans. All refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card or PayPal used for the original purchase. It may take up to (2) to (3) billing cycles for the refunded credit to appear on your statement. Item must be unopened/untampered and inside the original packaging in order to be eligible for return. Refunds may take up to one week to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Venustars is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
